CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE IF I'M NOT SATISFIED?

We are not able to proceed to any refund once the purchase is made. Returns are only possible if the purchased item arrives damaged or does not function.

IS THERE IS WARRANTY ON MY PURCHASE?

All purchases made through our website are under the purchased items’ legal 2 year warranty.

If the co–creator of a collaboration piece grants a different warranty, this shall be indicated on the item’s website page or by the co–creator on their platform.

WHAT AFTER–SALES SERVICE DO YOU OFFER?

Any mechanical defects related to the production of your piece are covered under your 2 year warranty. We will work with you to bring the piece back to Switzerland or send to one of our trusted service partners globally and have it repaired for you. The warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, or careless handling of your piece.

We are always happy to provide any required servicing to our clients to ensure they can enjoy their pieces for years to come. Please don’t hesitate to contact us should your piece need servicing or repairs of any kind, even beyond the warranty.

CAN YOU EXPLAIN YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

The secure delivery of your order is of primary importance to us; we have therefore decided to work with first choice courier services. Any item purchased through our e–shop will be shipped free of charge. Please note this excludes any import duties and taxes. For any shipping queries or assistance please email info@fionakruger.com.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

The expected delivery time will be advised when your order is confirmed. All orders are sent express delivery, which means an arrival date of 1–2 days following dispatch (or 3–4 days for more remote locations). This is an indicative delivery time as it will be subject to customs clearance or bank holidays.

Some items are made to order. In this case, we will inform you of the expecting delivery time by email after your purchase.

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED.

For any issues regarding a damaged or incomplete order please contact us by email info@fionakruger.com. We kindly ask you to attach photographs in order to speed up the process. Once your request is received, we will contact you in order to solve the issue promptly.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as the item has been shipped to you, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

WILL I HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS?

Only if the delivery address is outside Switzerland. Shipping costs are free of charge, however deliveries to countries other than Switzerland may imply customs duties, local taxes and other costs which are not taken into account in any of the prices indicated on the website.

Once your request is received, we will tell you if the item is temporarily unavailable, if it is still possible to craft it again and how long it will take. Please consider that unique items might be permanently sold–out.

ARE ALL CREATIONS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

No, only a selection of the creations can be purchased immediately online. Other creations are available through our partner brands and selected authorised retailers. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you are interested in a piece not available on our website.
